We develop our craftsmanship-level skills in the confectioner’s workshop; only the finest chocolate and natural ingredients go into our products. Chocolaterie Goossens was founded in 1955 by Réne Goossens. After René Goossens and the late King Baldwincompleting his studies, he specialized in several chocolate-making activities in Switzerland and France.
From 1977 till 1989, he was the National President of the Federation of Belgian Confectioners.
Erik Goossens became owner/manager of the company in 1991. Together with his wife Els and his permanent staff, he was able to grow the business rapidly. Nowadays, making fine chocolates has become the core activity at Goossens’.
